In Billings, KSVI's programming is also seen on K25BP channel 25, in areas where KSVI's signal is poor. It can also be seen in Miles City on K16DH channel 16.

KSVI does not have a local newscast but does air a local weathercast 7 days a week with ABC 6 Meteorologist Ben Terry.
